In Oriflamme bevinden de spelers zich midden in een middeleeuwse vete over de Franse koninklijke kroon. De koning is dood! Lang leve de Koning! Als hoofden van invloedrijke families streven spelers ernaar om aan de macht te komen met sluwheid en boosaardigheid, macht en kracht, deugd en schande. Hun doel: de troon van de koning!<\/p>\n

In dit tactische kaartspel worden om de beurt verborgen kaarten gespeeld. Door hun effecten tactisch te ontdekken en te activeren, kunnen spelers ze overtreffen of uit de weg ruimen, omdat alle spelers hetzelfde doel voor ogen hebben: de meeste invloedspunten voor hun familie verzamelen en zo het spel winnen.<\/p>\n
